In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 27 November 2018 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Andrew MacLean Morrison be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor or as both, for a period of six months. On 28 March 2019 the Tribunal confirmed the period of suspension is to commence on 26 March 2019.
