Pursuant to section 69(2)(a) of the Immigration Act 2009, I waive the requirement to hold a visa permitting travel to New Zealand for individuals who:

1. are travelling as part of an official delegation to the National Memorial Service on 29 March 2019; and
2. are listed as part of an official delegation as notified to the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and
3. have provided details of their passport or certificate of identity (including country of citizenship), and designation and/or occupation.
