Pursuant to section 111 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint

the Honourable Sir Terence Arnold, knzm, Retired Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand

an acting Judge of the Supreme Court for a period commencing on 12 April 2019 and ending on 11 April 2021.
