Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I give notice that on or about 2 December 2018 the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Phil Twyford, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to sections 162 (restrictions on borrowing) and 164 (restrictions on use of derivatives) of that Act, for Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Limited, Tāmaki Regeneration Limited and THA GP Limited to borrow up to $155 million and enter into derivative transactions subject to certain limitations and conditions.
