Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 11 March 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with Amending a Notice—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 23 August 2018, Notice No. 2018-go4202).
2. The notice is amended
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Dr David George Chaplow, psychiatrist, of Mt Maunganui ”.
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Jeff Symonds, nurse practitioner, of Ohope”.
