Associated Retailers (NZ) Limited (“Mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 27 February 2019, it entered into possession of the property subject to the security agreement dated 3 November 2014.
The secured property is described as all present and after-acquired personal property of Rangiora Books Limited.
The address of the Mortgagee for communication relating to the secured property is 10 Hendon Street, St Albans, Christchurch, New Zealand.
