Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Debbie Marie Elizabeth Newell, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A stratum in freehold tenure of a 1/51 share in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Pacific Queenstown, more particularly described as Apartment AG and Accessory unit AG1 situated at 4 Lake Avenue, Frankton, Queenstown, being Unit AG and Accessory AG1, DP 21869. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease 809034.9 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 July 1991 in timeshare week number 9 and being identifier number OT14C/793 Computer Unit Title Register (Otago Land Registry).
