Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Ian Donald Watt, Carol Rose Watt, Kay Marie Watt, Ron George Watt and John Francis Watt of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A stratum in freehold tenure of a 1/51 share in a timeshare apartment building known as Kaimanawa Lodge, more particularly described as Apartment 16 situated at 258 Taupahi Road, Turangi, being Unit 16, DP 73444. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease B229357.44 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 March 1992 in timeshare week number 44 and being identifier number WN41B/44 Computer Unit Title Register (Wellington Land Registry).
