Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Paul Hughes, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A stratum in freehold tenure of a 1/51 share in a timeshare apartment building known as Kaimanawa Lodge, more particularly described as Apartment 14 situated at 258 Taupahi Road, Turangi, being Unit 14, DP 73444. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease B200682.12 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 November 1991 in timeshare week number 12 and being identifier number WN40B/22 Computer Unit Title Register (Wellington Land Registry).
