Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Ngaire Teresa Hart, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A stratum in freehold tenure of a 1/51 share in a timeshare apartment building known as Kaimanawa Lodge, more particularly described as Apartment 6A situated at 258 Taupahi Road, Turangi, being Unit 6A, DP 63377. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease 992793A.19 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 October 1988 in timeshare week number 19 and being identifier number WN34B/319 Computer Unit Title Register (Wellington Land Registry).
