Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2019, Nissan Financial Services New Zealand Pty Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of 24 vehicles with the following registration numbers; JZM50, HHK379, HPQ416, EQF673, KAD417, KMC715, JLL906, MAQ120, FLW320, JGC584, LFP283, LJR417, LLJ632, LLJ633, LPD166, LFP290, LCD97, LDC266, LGY875, LJR407, LGY866, LPD174, LRF48 and HNY336, and two unregistered vehicles VIN numbers 7ATODH7HX17300364 and 7ATODH7HX18201947 following the failure of the Mortgagor, Fivefifteen Holdings Limited (in liquidation), to remedy a default notice dated 28 November 2019, and being placed into liquidation on 19 August 2019.
