The description of the mortgaged land is Lot 31 Deposited Plan 188724 and 1/3 share of Lot 63 Deposited Plan 188724 as comprised and described in record of title NA133C/202 (North Auckland Land Registry) being the property situated at 17 Daviot Place, Kamo, Whangarei.
