Take notice that on 28 June 2019, Chev and Company Limited, pursuant to mortgage number 11129961.2 entered into possession of the property situated at 10 Rolleston Street, Cheviot, being all that land contained in certificate of title CB22A/481 (Canterbury Land Registry).
