In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage Number 9700544.1 (Canterbury Land Registry) (“Mortgage”):
Pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, Bank of New Zealand (“Mortgagee”), being the mortgagee under the Mortgage, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Christchurch made on 14 May 2019, it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below.
Description of mortgaged land: An estate in fee simple in the property situated at 2536 Wards Road, Darfield, comprising 3.2655 hectares, more or less, and being Lot 2 DP 389207, Record of Title 360331, Canterbury Land Registry.
