Pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, Torchlight (GP) 2 Limited (“Mortgagee”), being the mortgagee under the Mortgage, hereby gives notice that on 26 March 2019, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the property secured under the Mortgage being a fee simple property situated at 10 McLeods Road, Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin, comprising 2.5202 hectares more or less, and being Lot 3 DP 509291, Record of Title 825933, Otago Land Registry.
