Advertisement of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution for DEVONPORT UNITED FRIENDLY SOCIETIES DISPENSARY (1803013) unless within three months from the date in which this advertisement appears in the New Zealand Gazette, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of DEVONPORT UNITED FRIENDLY SOCIETIES DISPENSARY commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.
