Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report for each company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies. It is now intended to remove the companies from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objection to the removal of any company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
