Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I have concluded my liquidation of BURGER REVOLUTION LIMITED and DARFIELD GOURMET BURGERS LIMITED (both in liquidation) and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e)(i) of the Act. I have filed my final reports and consequently the companies are to be removed from the Register.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the companies is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, within 20 working days the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
