Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidators give notice that they have completed their duties and delivered notices of intention to remove the companies from the Register to the Registrar pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 8 November 2019.
