Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The liquidators give notice that they have completed their duties and delivered a notice of intention to remove the company from the Register to the Registrar per section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 18 October 2019.
