Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I, Daran Nair, liquidator of MEHAR LIMITED, LONGTENG LIMITED, DUN HUANG COLLECTIONS CO. LIMITED and BSB LIMITED with their registered addresses at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the above-mentioned companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 20 September 2019.
