Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From Register

Notice Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The liquidation of the above-named companies has now been completed. The liquidator’s final reports and accounts pursuant to section 257 of the Act have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 2 August 2019.

The registered office of the company is situated at the offices of Liquidation Management Limited, 22 Prosser Street, Porirua, 5024.
