Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidator gives notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having completed his duties, the Registrar intends to remove the companies from the Register.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 19 July 2019.
