Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Application to remove the above-mentioned company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been sent to the Registrar.

Objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days from the date of this notice.
