Notice of Approval of Scheme in Respect of Funds Raised by Trustees of the Elmwood Village Residents Church Fund

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”), that on 18 September 2018 the Attorney-General (acting under section 48(1)(b) of the Act), at Wellington, approved a scheme under Part IV of the Act varying the terms of the trust deed of the ELMWOOD VILLAGE RESIDENTS CHURCH TRUST.
