Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that UTARAYA FINANCE INC., being an overseas company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the New Zealand Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice of the overseas company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and application for the removal of the overseas company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
