Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that PENSKE POWER SYSTEMS PTY LTD intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice. This removal does not impact the business carried on in New Zealand by Penske Power Systems NZ who will be continuing PENSKE POWER SYSTEMS PTY LTD’s New Zealand operations.
