Notice of Cessation of Business in New Zealand

DENTSPLY (AUSTRALIA) PTY. LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341(1)(a) of that Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand three months after the date of this notice or soon after that date.
