Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXCHANGES intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice stating the date on which the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
