Notice is hereby given that the above-named company, being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand, and that the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
