Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

The company is an Australian registered company that is also registered as a branch in New Zealand (“branch”).

Notice is given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and intends to apply on or after 5 November 2019, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, for the branch to be removed from the New Zealand Register.
