Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company duly incorporated in Australia, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
