BROADSOFT, INC. is a United States of America entity registered on the New Zealand Companies Register.

Notice is hereby given that Broadsoft, Inc (New Zealand branch) has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, on or after the date that is three months from the date of publication of this notice, for the branch to be removed from the Overseas Register.
