Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that SCOR GLOBAL LIFE SE intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will be applying to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register no earlier than three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.

The operations previously carried on in New Zealand by SCOR GLOBAL LIFE SE will be carried on by SCOR SE, following a merger with SCOR SE effective from 31 March 2019.
