Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE AUSTRALASIAN FACULTY OF MUSCULOSKELETAL MEDICINE, the New Zealand branch of a company incorporated in Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Whangarei, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 30 April 2019.
