Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Public Examination

The public examination of Mark McCreath, scheduled for Tuesday, 29 October 2019 at the Christchurch High Court, was adjourned due to Mr McCreath being unwell. Therefore notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 165 of the Insolvency Act 2006, a public examination of Mark Anthony McCreath, regarding an Objection to Discharge filed by the Official Assignee, is now fixed for 10.00am, Thursday, 20 February 2020 at the Christchurch High Court.
