This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 December 2018, an application for putting HOFFMAN MOTORS LIMITED (trading as Hoffman Ford) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North. Its reference number is CIV-2018-454-119. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Palmerston North on 14 March 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Charles John Macfarquhar, whose address for service is at the offices of Cook Morris Quinn Lawyers, Level 5, General Building, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiff’s solicitor is David Christopher Stafford Morris, whose address is as noted above.
