1. On 27 September 2019, an application for putting KOWI CHICKEN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-2093. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 22 November 2019 at 10.00am.
