1. On 4 June 2019, an application for putting MACDONALD ENTERPRISES TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED (trading as Amber & Black Quality Cars) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2019-443-27. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 12 November 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
