1. On 1 October 2019, an application for putting NORTHERN HOSPITALITY GROUP LIMITED (trading as Duke of Marlborough Tavern) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2019-488-82. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on Monday 25 November 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
