Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by special resolution of the shareholders, Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator of:

NEW GRANGE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 September 2019 at 2.56pm.

SPIN ‘N STRAP LIMITED (in liquidation) on 27 September 2019 at 12.00pm

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 8 November 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
