1. On 12 August 2019, an application for putting SHINETON TRADING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-1606. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 27 September 2019 at 10.00am.
