This document notifies you that:

1. On 30 October 2018, an application for putting MAXTBRE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Gisborne. Its reference number is CIV-2018-416-36. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Gisborne on Tuesday 12 February 2019 at 10.00am.
