1. On 19 November 2018, an application for putting SHIR HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-2526. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 15 February 2019 at 10.00am.
