1. On Monday 1 July 2019, an application for putting MEDICTRONIX LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-2290. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 30 August 2019 at 10.00am.
