This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 July 2019, an application for putting AVIATION COMPLIANCE NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2019-412-59. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 29 August 2019 at 10.00am.
