This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 July 2019, an application for putting PRIME FITNESS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV 2019-485-353. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 13 August 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
