This document notifies you that:

1. On 17 June 2019, an application for putting SCS INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV 2019-419-166. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 19 August 2019 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Qi Cui, Haotian Xu and Xueming Song, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service, or:
   1. posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1433, Auckland 1140 (attention: Michael Smol);
