1. On 9 April 2019, an application for putting PHUC, DUC, PHUNG NGUYEN VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV‑2019-409-173. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday 11 July 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
