This document notifies you that:

1. On Wednesday 22 May 2019, an application for putting GROYNES DEVELOPMENT (2012) LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2019-409-278. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday 25 July 2019 at 10.00am.
2. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
